It is our special pleasure to present to you a deeply personal interview with transgender scientist Gracie Burdeos, Ph.D. by Suzette Lyn.

Gracie shares her story with us, from her childhood in a small town in the Philippines to becoming a professional researcher in molecular biology, how her thirst for knowledge and desire to help people became a passion for science.
